HIGH SCHOOL
I have been on Varsity all 3 years of high school and my team won state my Freshman year. My tennis partner and I won regionals and placed second in state at 5A at #3 doubles in 2020 and my new tennis partner and I won regionals and placed #4 in CO state at #1 doubles in 2021. I was named Academic All State First Team and have over a 4.0. I was voted Aurora Academic Scholar and chosen by my school as the only Sophomore student awarded by the mayor for overall excellence.
I took most of 2020 off and did not go to tennis lessons or class because my triplet brother has cerebral palsy and multiple medical issues and we wanted to keep him safe with Covid. I have Type 1 Diabetes but that doesn't stop me from being my best and I participate in research with my medical team to support treatment.
