TOURNAMENTS
I haven't played in a lot of tennis tournaments but the tournaments that I do play in I do significantly well in. The reason that I do really well in tournaments is mainly because I can keep a leveled head and stay cool under pressure. I try not to over think my strategy, and I don't let my anger or my emotions get the better of me. Because of that I generally make it to the semi- finals or the final round in a tournament. The reason for my success is because of the training I do to prepare myself for anything and anyone I may play against. I have honed my skills to play stronger opponents.
HIGH SCHOOL
I have been on the Mililani High School tennis team for 3 years. In previous two years I have successfully competed at the state level. I have been able to compete in both singles and doubles matches. This year I am ranked number 2 on the varsity team. I feel I have been a good motivator and a positive role model for the younger team members.
ACADEMY
Even thoughI have not ever gone to a tennis academy I believe I can stand on the same playing fields as those who have gone.
