HIGH SCHOOL
I am currently competing in my fourth year on the Hamilton Southeastern High School Varsity Tennis Team. I play #1 doubles on the team with a freshman partner. Our team has shown consistent improvement in the IHSAA rankings every year of my involvement. At the midpoint of our current season we are 12-0 and ranked #2 in the state having steadily improved from being unranked my Freshman year.
Included below is a list of my personal and team accomplishments to date.
1. Team and personal champion – John Shirley Tournament 2009. Our team went undefeated in 15 matches to win every position.
2. Personal champion – John Shirley Tournament 2008. This was the first time anyone from our school had ever won that tournament. The team placed 2nd.
3. Awarded All-State Honorable Mention along with All District, Section, and Conference 2008
4. Team and individual placed 1st in 2009 Hoosier Crossroads Conference, defeating 2008 IHSAA individual doubles champions in straight sets.
5. Team and individual placed 2nd in 2008 Hoosier Crossroads Conference.
6. Received Most Improved Award for 2007 and 2008 seasons.
7. Varsity letter 2007 and 2008 seasons.
