TOURNAMENTS
Kyle went 5-1 winning the consolation finals in his last tournament before the high school season began.
HIGH SCHOOL
4 year varsity letter winner and starter. (Includes this yr.) All-Conference, All-Area as a sophomore. All-Conference, All-Area, All-District as a junior. Team Captain and MVP as a junior. Finished 2nd in Districts and 9th in State as a junior. Won the Central High School Tournament #1 singles championship. Rockhurst and Liberty High Schools competed in this tournament. Placed 2nd in the Leavenworth, Kansas Tournament in #1 singles. Finished junior year 20-7 in singles and 7-1 in doubles. Also has won championships in the Saint Joseph City Open tournament in 18 singles, doubles and mixed doubles: and 16 singles, doubles and mixed doubles. As a senior Kyle went undefeated in conference play, won the Central High School tournament, the Leavenworth tournament and finished 3rd at the Blue Springs tournament at #1 singles. He also won the Conference and District tournaments without dropping a set. Kyle finished his senior year 28-4 at #1 singles.
