2009 - Seven Hills School Varsity Tennis Team captain
2008 - Awarded the 2007 GCTA Sportsmanship Award. Matt and doubles partner (Sam Laber) were sectional champions, district finalists and 3rd place finishers in State doubles championships. Seven Hills Team was district champion (Matt at 2nd singles) and finished 2nd in state team tournament. Matt was first team all-state and city(Cincinnati), Academic and First Team All-League and received the team's MIP award.
2007 - Qualified for and competed in 2007 Ohio Boys State Championship Tournament 5/07 with doubles partner junior Kyle McCall after coming in 3rd in districts.
2004 - Awarded the 2003 GCTA Sportsmanship Award.
