Scholarship For Athletes (SFA): What advice do you have for junior players that strive to play college tennis?
Arvid Swan (AS): Work hard every day with a specific goal to improve your tennis skills enough to play in the singles and doubles lineup at the school you most want to attend. Develop yourself physically as an athlete. Strive to be a tough kid who does not make excuses. Be incredibly competitive when playing tournaments. Maximize your potential.
SFA: What information should an athlete know prior to making their initial school list?
AS: Academic requirements for admission and the level of the team.
