Eric Hadigian took an unofficial visit to Gonzaga last January and liked what he saw. But the blue chip senior really got serious about considering the school once the Zags hired a new coach in July.
Jonas Piibor arrived in Spokane, Washington after spending the last 10 years as associate head coach at Oregon. Piibor contacted Hadigian after he played nationals in Kalamazoo to sell him on the vision for the Zags.

“I really liked his ambition and drive and hard work for the program,” Hadigian said. “I knew it was a program that was going to improve and I wanted to be a part of that.”
Hadigian committed to Gonzaga last weekend. He originally committed to Arizona last year, but reopened his recruiting process.
Hadigian plans to sign his National Letter of Intent in November, and may enroll at Gonzaga early.
“That is one of the things I am discussing with the coaches,” said Hadigian, who trains at JMG Tennis Academy in Sacramento, California. “I will be graduating in December no matter what from high school, so I am still talking about spring or next fall. I have both options to consider for now.”
