All of us at the Tennis Recruiting Network are excited about our newest feature - photo galleries. Photo galleries offer something exciting and new for both our casual fans and our Recruiting Advantage members.
Photo galleries come in two flavors: Featured Tournament Galleries and Player Galleries.
Featured Tournament Galleries
TennisRecruiting.net has a presence at several junior tournaments around the country each year, and our photographers take great action shots. We will start featuring these photos in Tournament Galleries shortly after the tournament. Tournament Galleries will look and behave like news articles: they will occasionally show up on the TennisRecruiting.net home page, and they will soon be available from an article index.
Tournament galleries are intuitive and useful. Navigation is streamlined for easy browsing, and each photo has a direct link to the player's recruiting profile. Never before have tournament photos been so well organized.
Last week, our very first tournament gallery highlighted the Boys' Clay Court Championships. Tomorrow, our second gallery will turn the spotlight on the Girls' 14 Nationals.
Player Galleries
All images for a player are available right from that player's profile page in a Player Gallery. More than 1,000 players have these photo galleries today, and we expect that number to increase every month.
As an example, take a look at Blue Chip senior and Tennessee commit Jennifer Meredith. If you scroll down Meredith's profile page, you will see several images - along with a link to more photos. The most recent few photos are available right on the profile page, while the complete set of photos from all tournaments is available in the linked player gallery. Note that Meredith wore white in the Peach State Classic - and she wore that fashionable Volunteer Orange at the Hudlow National Open.
You can view thumbnails free of charge, but a premium Recruiting Advantage membership is required to view the higher-resolution photos.
Upcoming Tournament Schedule
We have received many questions asking which tournaments we will be attending in the upcoming weeks. Here is a list of tournaments that we plan to attend this Fall - although that list is subject to change.

- 9/30 - Southern BG14-12 Bullfrog, Cary, NC
- 10/28 - Southern BG18-12 Bullfrog, Mobile, AL
- 11/23 - National G18 Open, Norcross, GA

Spring Star Ratings Period Begins
Twice a year, TennisRecruiting.net updates its Star Ratings - sometimes known as "The Stars". Our next update to the Star Ratings comes in mid-March - and those ratings will be based on players' highest rankings during the next eight weeks of the year - from the week of January 8 to the week of February 26, 2024. We invite players to review their player records to ensure accurate ratings.
