Florida is synonymous with junior tennis and never more so than in December, when the top young players from around the world descend on the state for the Eddie Herr, Orange Bowl and Junior Orange Bowl tournaments. Sixteen different players won those prestigious titles last month, leaving room in this column for just two other juniors, both who claimed their first pro titles outside of the U.S.
