The University of North Carolina and N.C. State women took full advantage of the comfort of playing in their home state by excelling at Cary Tennis Park in Cary, North Carolina.

UNC junior Fiona Crawley became the second Tar Heel in program history to win the women’s singles title, defeating LSU’s Kylie Collins 6-3, 6-2 in the final on Sunday. Crawley, who reached last season’s NCAA singles semifinals, joins Jamie Loeb (2013) as the only UNC women’s player to capture the All-American singles crown.

The Tar Heels sent three players into the semifinals, with Carson Tanguilig and Anika Yarlagadda joining Crawley in the final four.

N.C. State’s Nell Miller and Amelia Rajecki defeated Michigan’s Kari Miller and Jaedan Brown 6-1, 6-2 to capture the doubles title, which was the first ITA All-American doubles title in program history. It came just a few months after Miller and Jaeda Daniel became the first NCAA doubles champions in N.C. State history by winning the 2022 title in May.

In Tulsa, Oklahoma, Georgia redshirt freshman Ethan Quinn captured the men’s singles title by defeating teammate Philip Henning 6-2, 6-2 in the final on Sunday at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.

Quinn’s title was the first by a Georgia Bulldog since 2007 and sixth for UGA in the event’s 43-year history - tied for the most all-time. Quinn became the fifth UGA player to win the singles title, joining Mikael Pernfors, Al Parker (twice), John Isner and Travis Helgeson.

The singles title match marked the first time since 1996 - and fourth time in the history of the event - that two teammates faced each other in the finals.

"I can't really express the pride and sense of accomplishment that comes from seeing two of our players in the finals," UGA head coach Manny Diaz said. "An incredible accomplishment for Ethan today, playing so well in all areas of his game. Philip also played very well as well in getting to the finals, but today, Ethan had his day.”

South Carolina’s Toby Samuel and Connor Thomson defeated Brian Cernoch and Ryan Seggerman of UNC 6-3, 7-6(5) to capture the men’s doubles title, becoming the first doubles pair in Gamecocks program history to win an ITA All-American title.
